  • Where are your services located?
    We currently only provide our services to Sydney, NSW.
  • What type of bubbletea catering services do you provide?
    We offer 6 different types of bubbletea catering services - please click on our "Event Hire" for more information.
  • How many flavours / toppings can I choose from?
    Please see the package selections on our event hire services.
  • Are you able to obtain flavours / toppings that are not currently on your selection menu?
    We will try our best to accommodate custom flavours / toppings requested, please send us an email on info@socialteastation.com
  • Do you offer samples on flavours / toppings?
    Please click on "Contact Us" or send us an email on info@socialteastation.com and we can explore this for you.
  • Does your Trailer operate to the general public:
    Yes we do - please check our Socials - Instagram & Facebook on announcements for trade.
  • Is a bond required for your services?
    No bond is needed.
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    Yes - our minimum packages start at 50 servings.
  • How much notice is required to make a booking?
    We require at least 2 weeks notice for all bookings; however if your event is in less than 2 weeks, please send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate your event.
  • Can you cater to custom order requests?
    Yes we can, please click on "Contact Us" or send us an email on info@socialteastation.com and provide us information on your upcoming event.
  • Can you cater to outside of Sydney, NSW metro?
    Please send us an email on your event location and we will try our best to accommodate this service subject to a custom quote on travel charges.
  • Can we custom the setup if we wanted to have our own logo/branding?
    Yes we can accommodate custom setups to incorporate your own logo/branding at an additional cost.
  • What are your setup requirements?
    Our trailer can be set up indoors or outdoors provided we have ample space to manoeuvre and set up with minimum 3m H x 3m L x 2m W. All our other packages can be setup indoors / outdoors however extreme heat can affect the quality of our ingredients and spoilage. We highly recommend indoor/covered setup to maintain freshness and quality of our ingredients.
  • How much space is required to setup?
    All packages except our trailer service take minimal space - at least 2m x 2m is sufficent. Our trailer dimensions are: 3m H x 3m L x 2m W.
  • Do you accept AfterPay / or pay in installment methods?
    We currently do not accept Afterpay or Pay in installment methods. However we can work on a payment arrangement to suit your event. Full payment will be required prior to your event date.
  • What type of payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Bank Transfer, Cash and Credit Card payments (additional 2.2% surcharge fee)
  • Are there any extra charges?
    All our charges are outlined in our packages unless otherwise stated.
  • Do you charge for setup, delivery and pickup?
    Please see our packages as it outlines our charges for setup, delivery and pickup. Depending on location, we offer free setup/delivery/pickup.
  • If I have multiple events, am I eligible for a discount?

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
    Yes we have Public Liability Insurance.
  • What is your policy for swallowing / choking?
    SocialTea Station takes no responsibility for any swallowing or choking hazards that may take place in your booked event. Minors and those with swallowing issues are to be supervised (non-SocialTea Staff Member) at all times during the consumption of SocialTea beverages.
  • What is your allergy / dietary information?
    We strongly recommend reviewing our ingredients to accommodate dietary / allergy needs.
  • Are your ingredients Halal certified?
    Unfortunately our supplier’s manufacturer is Halal certified, but our supplier's brand is not registered for Halal certification. Therefore, our suppliers cannot have the Halal certification logo on their packaging.
  • How long are the flavours/toppings good for if there is any left over?
    All bubbletea flavours are best consumed fresh on the day of the event. However any left over flavours / toppings (excluding Tapioca Pearls) can be refrigerated upto 3 days after the event in an airtight container. Tapioca Pearls harden after 6hrs as they are cooked on the day of the event.
  • Can you provide alcoholic ingredients in your packages?
    Unfortunately we are not able to add alcoholic ingredients in our packages.
