Shipping

Bottled Bubble Tea:

We do not offer shipping on our Bottled Bubble Teas.

We require minimum 48hrs for all orders.

 

Contactless Pickup is available at our locations - Quakers Hill NSW 2763 and/or Box Hill 2765. We will contact you to confirm your pickup time and location.

 

We currently provide delivery to the following locations (minimum $30 spend or FREE delivery over $60 spend):

 

  • $5 delivery fee: 2147, 2148, 2153, 2154, 2155, 2156, 2761, 2762, 2763, 2765, 2767, 2768 & 2769. 

  • $10 delivery fee: 2747, 2759, 2760, 2766 & 2770.

  • $12 delivery fee: 2146, 2145, 2152, 2151, 2150, 2142, 2128, 2127, 2122, 2121, 2119, 2118, 2117, 2116, 2115, 2114.

Refill Kits & DIY Kits:

Orders over $60 will result in free shipping.

All orders received will be processed as soon as possible. 

 

For all Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro deliveries, we have partnered with ‘Sendle’ and ‘InterParcel’ at a flat rate of $15.00. All orders ready for Metro area delivery will be picked up on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, no courier picks ups are available on other days including weekends.

 

All orders processed with 'Sendle' and 'Couriers Please' will have tracking details which can be accessed via:

For Regional / Remote areas our courier drivers will vary according to your area, we ask that you email us at info@socialteastation.com to get a quote on shipping prior to submitting your order. We aim to ensure tracking facilities will be available for Regional / Remote deliveries.

 

We currently do not ship overseas.

 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

We do not have an express post / next day delivery option.

 

All eligible parcels sent via Sendle will have a Free Shipping Cover for the loss of up to $100. See details: https://support.sendle.com/hc/en-au/articles/205952567-Cover-Policy-outline 

 

All Couriers Please Signature on delivery have a standard $100 warranty included in the shipping cost. If no one is home and the Signature on Delivery is selected, a card will be left at the front door for re-delivery - please note that re-delivery may take longer. 

For every re-delivery attempt done by the Courier Company (Sendle/Couriers Please), there may be re-delivery charges applied at the buyer's expense. We recommend that you check with Sendle/Couriers Please.

 

If a request for an “Authority To Leave (ATL)” is made at the time of the order, the driver will deliver to the front door and leave your parcel unattended however SocialTea Station and the Courier Company (Sendle/Couriers Please) will not accept responsibility for the safety of parcels if the products get lost or damaged once delivered by the Courier Company. 
 

Please allow up to 1-3 Business days for all Metro deliveries, however, due to the current Covid-19 climate, shipping may take longer. Regional / Remote areas are up to 5 - 7 Business Days.

 

If you need to change the shipping address once you have placed your order, please contact us via email at info@socialteastation.com immediately so that we can try to accommodate the changes to your order.

Returns

Bottled Bubble Tea:

We do not accept any refunds, returns or cancellations on Bottled BubbleTea once order has been picked up and / or delivered.

Refill Kits & DIY Kits:

If you need to cancel your order and request for a return and/or refund of your order the following conditions need to be met:

  • The returned products need to be in brand new/unopened condition.

  • Returns and refunds of any additional toppings purchased will not be accepted.

    • Rainbow Jelly

    • Mango Jelly

    • Coconut Jelly

    • Grape Jelly

    • Lychee Popping Pearls

    • Mango Popping Pearls

    • Strawberry Popping Pearls

    • White Agar Pearls

    • Brown Sugar Agar Pearls

  • Copy of your original purchase receipt needs to be provided.

  • Return and request for refund need to be done within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Postage costs to return will be at the cost of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and meet the following conditions as noted above. Refunds will be processed to the original form of purchase. Cost of shipping will not be refunded.
