Terms & Conditions

SocialTea Station - may herein be referred to as 'SocialTea Station, we or us'.

​

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.socialteastation.com website (the "Service") operated by SocialTea Station ("us", "we", or "our").

​

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

​

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

DEPOSITS

Deposit goes towards the balance of package hire due 1 week prior to the event.

Giga, Ultimate & Entertainment Packages - $200

Trailer - $250

 

CONFIRMATION OF FLAVOURS & TOPPINGS:

​

  • We will need to confirm all chosen flavours, toppings and tea base selections no later than 2 weeks before your event to ensure stock supply. In the event that your selections are not available due to supplier issue we will advise you of alternatives to make changes.

  • Changes to flavours, toppings and tea base selections can be made up to 1 week prior to event, subject to SocialTea Station confirming availability of stock/supply.

CHANGES TO PACKAGE SELECTIONS:

​

  • Changes to package selections (increasing/decreasing package) can be made up to 1 week before your event date.

  • Changes to Event Hire service (E.g: Originally hired ParTea Cups but want to change to Trailer Hire) will be subject to availability.

​

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:

​

Valid until advertised date unless otherwise stated e.g. limited time only.

 

CHOKING HAZARDS:

​

SocialTea Station takes no responsibility for any swallowing or choking hazards that may take place in your booked event.

Minors and those with swallowing issues are to be supervised at all times during the consumption of SocialTea beverages.

REFUND POLICY

​

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

​

  • 4 weeks notice is required for all cancellations for a full refund.

  • 2 weeks notice 50% of deposit is forfeited and remaining 50% will be refunded.

  • Less than 1 week's notice full deposit forfeited.

​

DAMAGES:

 

Confirmation and inspection of order within 2hrs of acceptance of delivery is required. Contact us immediately if the item/s is defective / damaged / incorrect so that we can review your order and provide an outcome.

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

 

Upon delivery of our service, no exchanges or refunds are permitted. All other refunds are as per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

GENERAL:

 

Any orders placed by a Customer on our web site will create fully enforceable obligations that will be subject to these terms and conditions.

 

SocialTea Station will not be liable for any performance delays or for non-performance, due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

 

The Customer may not assign any rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent from SocialTea Station.

If any term or provision herein is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms or provisions herein will remain in effect.

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between SocialTea Station and the Customer, and supersede any previous communications, representations or agreements between the parties, whether oral or written; any additional or different terms and conditions will not apply. The purchase of goods will constitute the Customers acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the supply of all goods by SocialTea Station will be governed solely by the terms and conditions set out on this page.

 

LIMITED LIABILITY:

 

SocialTea Station gives those warranties implied by consumer protection legislation in relation to the product. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
